According to the report of the inameh, published on its digital portal, in the morning the day will be cloudy with Rain and electrical discharges in areas of Zulia, Falcón, Lara, Yaracuy, Insular region, Carabobo, Miranda, La Guaira, Amazonas and Bolívar; drizzles in Apure, Barinas, Portuguesa, Cojedes, Guárico, Aragua and the Capital District; pluviometric estimates between 2-15 l/m².

After noon, an increase in cloud cover is expected, some of great vertical development with rains or showers, electrical activity and eventual gusts of wind, in a good part of the national territory; being more intense and frequent in Zulia, the Andes, Central West, Insular region, North Coastal Center, Western Plains, Amazonas and Bolívar; with accumulated rainfall between 10-30 l/m² and maximums of up to 40 l/m² east of Falcón and Bolívar.
The atmospheric instability is due to the meteorological situation caused by Tropical Wave Number 49 north of the Essequibo, interacting with the very active Intertropical Convergence Zone.
The displacement of Tropical Wave number 49, with a speed of 27 kilometers per hour, is carried out towards the northeast of the Essequibo, a meteorological system that generates rains or showers in a large part of the country.

Likewise, the agency accounts for the Smooth Tropical Storm, which is located to the east of Belize, and has a speed of 22 kilometers per hour.

In the report, Inameh indicates that a «meteorological surveillance is currently being carried out against possible significant rainfall accumulations in much of the country.»
This forecast, the agency points out, is valid this Wednesday, November 02 and Thursday, November 03, 2022.

The Inameh indicates that there will be a storm surge with waves of up to 2,0 meters in height in the Gulf of Venezuela; while waves of 1,5 meters high towards the Central, Eastern and Western Coasts, in the Orinoco Delta, and in the Insular Zone.
