Mrs. Cynthia "Cindy" Louise Perro, of Captain's Cove, Virginia, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 20, 2022. Born in Baltimore, Maryland on December 1, 1956, she was the daughter of the late William and Margaret Pinkus.
Cindy was a lover of steamed crabs, her poodles, fishing trips on the boat, the Baltimore Ravens, cruising and spending time with her family. Her greatest joy in life were her children and grandchildren.
Cindy is survived by her loving husband of over 30 years, Randy Perro, Sr., her daughter Randi Leigh Welborn and her husband Rick, her son Randy Perro, Jr. and his wife, Rachel, and her adoring grandchildren, Gavin, Graham, Vera, Gwyneth, Lyza, Gracie, and Gabriel. She is also survived by her brother Mark, sisters, Cathi, Lauren, and Susan and their families.
Per Cindy's wishes a private service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to a Breast Cancer Research Fund. Cindy's daughter is a breast cancer survivor.
